Tensions rise between Trump and his Secretary of State
NBC News reports that Tillerson and the Trump are on different pages on a number of issues.
Tillerson was upset when the US sided with Saudi Arabia against Qatar in the blockade. Meanwhile, Tillerson has refused to tear up the Iran deal.
In July, the tensions flared up after Trump's speech to boyscouts in July.
"Tillerson tried to quit, but was talked out of it by allies, including Defense Secretary James Matis," and the Vice President, NBC reports.
After a July 20 meeting at the Pentagon, he openly referred to Trump as a "moron". He made the comment in front of members of Trump's national security team and Cabinet members.
