Prior poll was conducted in August 2017. Just some general expectations of the UK housing market. The poll was conducted on 28 housing market specialists. The forecasted drop in London for 2018 would be the first since the financial crisis in 2009.
The reason for the change in the forecast is mainly due to affordability and Brexit uncertainty weighing down on prices.
