The Real Estate Institute of NZ is reporting a decline in YoY sales of -9.5%.

For the month, the decline was 2.5%

• National median prices and rise 6.3% year on year to NZ$515,000
• Median price gains 3.3% month on month after adjustments
• Auckland Median price rises 7% YoY
• National Median excluding Auckland rises 9.6% YoY
