ECB Vice President Constancio is speaking in an event in Coventry England.
In the Q&A session, he has added the following:
- not for the ECB to decide on a countries euro exit
- certainly hope country exit won't happen.
- Political climate in Greece would end outflows
- possible for national central banks to lend QE securities bought
- ECB preparing to start purchasing bonds from March
Nothing entirely new in any of these comments.
