- says he will do everything possible to help east Ukraine population defend their rights
- hopeful that it will be sorted by political and diplomatic means
- it is an illusion that force can solve all problems in international affairs
- world powers should work out a system to resolve problems without resorting to force
So says the master of diplomacy and tact.
