If at once you don't succeed, try, try again.
Pres. Trump is saying in the WSJ that:
- He is open to declaring a national emergency if lawmakers failed to provide funding for border wall
- another shutdown is certainly an option
- dismisses suggestions that he was except less than $5.7 billion for the border wall.
- Tells advisors that declaring national emergency may be his best option.
Here we go again.
