New study data

Data released today showed the efficacy of the Pfizer vaccine fell to 84% from 96% after six months. That decline means that a booster shot will likely be needed.

The good news though is that the overall efficacy of the vaccine was 97% against severe disease, including low oxygen levels and hospitalization.
