There is still a long way to go on this one but Fox's Gasparino has some of the details:
One of the keys will be that unemployment extension and what it's worth. Current payments are $600/week and those are likely to be dialed down but we don't know how much. Trump was talking about another one-time payment today but a return-to-work payment would probably be a better idea and easier to get through Congress.
