Looks like trouble
Barr and Pompeo were heading up opposition to the deal. The timing here is tough for Oracle because Trump wants to appear as 'tough on China' as possible.
The thing is, we're probably headed for a generation of 'tough on China' talk so this is just the beginning. The great decoupling is coming.
