OPEC out with latest monthly bulletin 18 Jan

  • higher oil prices bringing more supply to the market, partic in NA
  • OPEC's 11 members with supply targets pumped 29.461mln bpd in Dec, +89k vs Nov

Oil dipping a little ( pun intended) on the supply notes with WTI seemingly capped around $64.00 for the moment.
