The latest update on the situation
There was plenty of hope over the weekend and at the start of the week but for now the enthusiasm has been curbed somewhat. Oil is still keeping lower around $36.70 currently, compared to around $37.40 prior to the barrage of headlines.
The question now will be whether or not they can get a meeting going next week.
