Yeah, I'm not sure if that will be enough to keep oil bears away from pulling the trigger if the coronavirus situation continues to put the Chinese economy in lockdown over the coming weeks. Besides, with OPEC+ there is always the issue of compliance. And in this case, we can't even be sure whether or not Russia will get on board with the proposal.
