No surprise to see another manufacturing survey going lower as it’s been the theme this month. Wages and hours worked fell in yet more signs of stagnant wage growth.
It’s not all bad news though as new orders rose to 14.2 vs 7.5 prior and the growth of new orders rose to 7.4 from -3.2. Capex rose to 10.8 from 4.4 prior and the business outlook rose to 18.2 from 5.8
