New Zealand Finance Minister Grant Robertson and Revenue Minister Stuart Nash have announced the Government's tax working group, which will look into options for changes to the tax system
- it will have a wide mandate to look at New Zealand's whole tax system
- will not have the mandate to consider the GST rate
- It will be allowed to consider the issue of GST ... and a Capital Gains Tax
