This was ahead of the January FOMC meeting
The NY Fed is releasing the primary dealers survey for January and at the time (before the FOMC) they saw 3 rate hikes in 2018. If before the FOMC, it was also ahead of the US employment report which was a bit better than expectations.
Hikes are expected at meetings in March, June and September
I don't see the survey on the NY Fed's website but will look closer.
