Not all doom for Australian mining construction and Capex

An Australian project dumped last year has been revived:

• It has the potential to create more than 3500 jobs in central Queensland (2000 jobs would be created in construction and another 1500 in operation)
• The project would be subject to environmental approvals

Also:

• Coal India is negotiating with unnamed Australian companies for the purchase of two thermal coal mines in a deal valued at $4 billion.
