Well, that was quick. Yesterday, Trump was saying that Kim has promised him that North Korea won't engage in nuclear tests or rockets/missiles. Looks like they're selling a different story here but not one that is entirely surprising considering North Korea's history.
Just take a look at how well the denuclearisation plans are going since last year's summit.
