Soggy day for Japanese equities post-Trump 12 Jan
- lowest closing level since 30 Dec
- Topix closed down -1.0% at 1535.41
- pharmas particularly targeted , down -2.8% after Trump said they were "getting away with murder" for prices charged to US govt
Not just the US govt, that's for sure.
USDJPY currently 114.39 after 114.31 session lows. Can't rule out a further test of 114.00. Expect some offers into 114.60 then larger at 114.80-115.00.
Great rally selling opportunities yesterday. A stance I've been advocating for a while now.
