Over the past two weeks news of fruit flies (one each time) has seen a bit of a wobble for the NZD, based on concerns of threats to primary industry.
A third now, via NZ media: Third Queensland fruit fly found in Auckland
- The fruit fly was found in a surveillance trap 113 metres from where the second fruit fly was found on Thursday
- All three flies were male.
