New Zealand data: ANZ Truckometer index -2.7% in March (prior was +0.3%)

The index measures traffic volumes as a proxy for GDP growth.

• Prior was +0.3%
• The average over the quarter is down 1.2% on Q4 2012
• ANZ note the fall was focused on South Island roads and is showing the early end to the dairy season
