- prior +19.2%, revised from +17.9%
- y/y +80-odd %, April 2020 was, of course, dire.
The home building pipeline is kept well stocked. Says StatsNZ in their commentary to the release:
- number of new homes consented in the March 2021 month was the highest since records began in the 1960s and follows high levels seen at the end of 2020.
