The tables have turned
Three months ago states didn't want visitors from those states, now it's the opposite. The rules will apply to Florida and other high-infections states. It's a 14-day quarantine.
This is extremely hard to enforce but it's a sign of the change in the mood.
The EU is working on travel rules for July 1. I'd be shocked if Americans are allowed in.
