The S&P is up 65 points or 2.51%

Absent in the run up today is Facebook which continues to suffer from the data blues. It is down -1.64% on the day.
- Microsoft is up 7.46%.
- Intel is up 6.10%.
- Netflix is up 5.96%
- Apple is up 4.62%.
Bank's which were hit hard last week are also better:
- Bank of America is up 4.68%
- Goldman Sachs is a 3.96%
- J.P. Morgan is up 3.82%
- Citigroup is up 3.01%
