UK FTSE bucks the trend for the day
The major European stock indices are ending the day to the downside with the UK FTSE being the lone wolf that ended in the black.

- France 0.719%, unchanged
- UK 1.366%, up +1 bp
- Spain 1.695%, up +1.8 bp
- Italy 2.129%, up +1.6 bp
- Portugal 2.393%, down -1.2 bp
- Greece 5.588%, unchanged
In other markets as London traders exit:
- Spot gold up $7.32 to $1291.11
- WTI crude oil +$1.24 to $50.84. That is up 2.6%
- US stocks are up a touch. S&P is up 2.7 points or +0.11%. Nasdaq is unchanged. Dow is up 0.13%
- US yields are lower. 2 year 1.500, down -0.3 bp. 10 year 2.332%, down -2.7 bp. 30 year 2.864%, down -2.8 bp
In the forex market, the EUR is the strongest. The USD remains the weakest currency today.
