EU officials and their respective member state envoys are currently in a meeting to discuss on Brexit-related matters
Reuters is saying that they are meeting prior to UK Brexit secretary David Davis' meeting with EU chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier. Davis and Barnier are set to meet at 1000 GMT later as they look towards sealing a transitional agreement when the EU Summit takes place on 22-23 March.
According to the report here, it cites one senior EU diplomat in saying "there could be a deal" while another said that prospects of a deal being agreed was just "hype". Basically, it just says that there isn't any clue on how discussions are going to pan out.
Until the press conference later at 1145 GMT, everything is very much up in the air at this point.
