More on the 3 Japanese returned from Wuhan who tested positive for the coronavirus

• 3 of the Japanese who returned from Wuhan on the govt flight are confirmed as having coronavirus

More detail now:

Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare screened all 206 returnees on the government chartered flight returning from Wuhan

• Ones, a male in his 50s, was hospitalized after complaining of symptoms
• The other two, in their 40s and 50s, exhibited no symptoms but tested positive
• 12 exhibited symptoms and were hospitalised but only 3 positive tests

Ministry statement:

• "unlikely transmission can occur from asymptomatic virus carriers."
