Merkel:
- I can't say anything on the timeframe for UK starting negotiations or how long negotiations will take
Angie was earlier quoted as saying that a settlement with the UK doesn't have to be acrimonious. Not something all her government would agree on.
Renzi:
- it'd crucial that opinion of UK public be respected after referendum
Who by ? Us or the rest of Europe? Fine line to tread either way.
Hollande:
- Europe is strong
- has the ECB to fight uncertainty
