- There must be no hard border with Ireland
- Must prepare for every possible scenario
- If can agree on Irish border issue, then can also solve all other open questions
Very much the same stance as the French, which isn't all too surprising. The Irish border continues to be the major stalling point in Brexit talks - since almost forever now - and there doesn't seem to still be any feasible solution that will satisfy both parties.
