Moody's on their Asian Liquidity Stress Index
- Weakened in June
- To 25.6% (from 25.2% in May)
- The Asian LSI decreases when speculative-grade liquidity improves
- So this month's rise is an increase in liquidity stress
Adds the ratings firm:
"The June figure ends six months of continuous improvement, and the reading now remains just above the long-term average of 22.9%, highlighting that weak liquidity is still a concern for many companies in Asia"
