Merkel: Still don't know how to solve Spanish objections on Brexit deal

Comments by German chancellor Angela Merkel

• Believes that there will be a solution by Sunday
• There is a difficult problem in the Brexit agreement
• That is the issue of the Irish border

Merkel not sounding too optimistic there. But her comments here aren't going to do much to impact Brexit sentiment on the day. It's all about May and Juncker's meeting that is to come later and we'll see what they can agree upon and if there are any minor changes to the agreement before Sunday's summit.
