EUR/USD has stabilized after a dip below 1.2700 following a Hamas rocket attach on Jerusalem and the ECB’s Noyer suggesting OMT could be used for Greece “some day”.
1.2725 is minor resistance intraday while 1.2660 is solid support on dips. Exotic options are rumored being protected on the approach of 1.2650.
