Speaking on Brexit
The German Chancellor added:
- Positive economic backdrop in Europe has bought us time to develop EU
- Wants to have clear line of Eurozone reforms in gov't
- Discussion with UK PM May was very constructive
- May's idea of transition phase is interesting
- We must first talk about first phase before transition
- SHould create digital common mkt as soon as possible
- N. Ireland, citizens rights, Brexit bill are 1st phase.
