One to watch possibly? …. seems Washington law enforcement authorities are examining whether news organizations used high speed transmissions systems to give investors access to data a fraction before release time.
Among those investigated were Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters and Dow Jones, but apparently no charges have been made.
