According to BBC's Europe editor, Katya Adler, in a tweet
She reports that May will only meet with Juncker after the EU27 members meet up to sign off on the Brexit draft agreement, which means that there is no chance of May being able to renegotiate whatever that is in the draft text that was agreed upon last week.
So, whatever May is planning right now i.e. to scrap the backstop, is not going to work as she won't be able to lobby such changes with European officials come 25 November.
