Comments from May's spokesman:
- There are no plans to extend implementation phase
- It is up to the Speaker to determine whether we have come up with something substantially different for a new vote
- PM's believe is that a long extension is not the way to go
Some comments from France as well:
- If parliament rejects the next vote it will pave the way for a no-deal outcome
May needs to hold that 3rd vote. I imagine Berkow will break in the near term.
