Some speculation
Laura Kuenssberg of the BBC says she keeps hearing a rumor that Theresa May will spring the meaningful vote next week rather than wait until March 12.
I don't think the timing is particularly important but if May has gotten all that she's going to get from Brussels, she might as well that a shot. if she loses but it's close, it might leave her with an opportunity to squeeze out a few more votes before March 14.
