Mario up next

As previously noted, Mario Draghi is up before the Committee for Economic and Monetary Policy. I don’t know the exact timetable from 14.30 as he has two parts. One on ECB monetary stance and one on Systemic Risk to EU Parliament. Also speaking is Herman Von Rompuy on the ECB budget. If I can stay awake through him I’ll be bringing you the news as it happens. I don’t expect any different rhetoric than what we’ve heard from the ECB meeting and last weeks speech but markets may be thin with the US shut. Any comments away from his party line may cause some jumpy moves. If so, remember to keep focus on the big picture and where the market is. It could give you some good moves to fade.
