Reuters with the latest official counting from the French Interior Ministry
Macrons's party La Republique En Marche appears it will be able to govern by itself (without a coalition partner)
- Interior Ministry says most votes have now been counted
- And its looks like Macron will have 291 seats
Earlier projections had Macron a big winner anyway, with a total for Macrons's party La Republique En Marche combined with ally Mouvement Démocrate around between 355 and 365 seats.
