Speculation has been rising
Bloomberg reports that the UK is planning to put London into Tier 3 of covid restrictions on Thursday. This has been widely speculated for a few days due to rising cases in the capital.
Some are even pushing for 'Tier 3 plus' with even tougher restrictions.
