The populist coalition has been working on a document called "contract of the Government of Change" that's a governing plan that includes a flat tax as low as 15%, a guaranteed income for the poor, a lower retirement age and quicker expulsions for illegal immigrants.
The market would be cheering that tax talk except for the worries about the cost of it all.
