NZD now the worst performing major currency on the day
The kiwi is now sitting at session lows against the greenback, down to 0.7037 but owes much of the move to that of its cross against the aussie.
AUD/NZD is once again attempting to break above the resistance level seen at the 61.8 retracement level @ 1.0717. That is a level that has helped to stall any upside move in the pair since trading last week.
And so far that is the level that is stalling upside momentum in the pair since the bounce off the year's lows just below 1.0500.
