Taking a page out of Trump's book?
Over the weekend, Pres. Trump left the G7 summit early. Of course, his departure ending up igniting a Twitter explosion after comments from PM Trudeau ruffled feathers.
Although there was no scheduled end time for the US/N. Korean summit, Trump made it known he would be willing to stay longer if the negotiations were progressing.
Forget that idea.
Kim Jong Un may have just taken a page out of the book of Trump by putting a deadline on the Singapore summit.
He will be leaving for N. Korea at 4 PM Singapore time, 7 hours after the scheduled summit start time at 9 AM local time (9 PM ET/0100 GMT).
As a result, Trump will leave earlier than his expected departure time at 7 PM local time. Trump will also conduct a press conference before leaving Singapore.
I wonder if Kim will be late to the meeting and if he has a tweet storm while on the plane?
