Junkcer on the defensive
EU's Juncker is reported on reuters as saying that , ' he refuses to negotiate on US tariffs under threat'.
Sounds like he is getting a bit wound up here and clearly doesn't like Trump's style of negotiating : wind them up to get them to the negotiating table.
