Bloomberg posted the view from JPM earlier, in summary:
- "We still find room for further short-covering"
- "There is enough short base to propel risky markets further from here, in particular equities and HY credit."
The next leg up for stocks (and high yield bonds) is likely to come from this short covering buying.
