Disgraced MF Global CEO Jon Corzine will be sued by regulators due to the firm’s bankruptcy in 2011, according to Bloomberg sources. The company didn’t segregate client funds and billions were lost when Corzine spearheaded a trade betting on European sovereign spreads to narrow.
He should be in jail but rich people don’t go to jail, they pay fines.
