Interesting item – especially he said they are ‘aimed at individuals’, I’m assuming because they are less likely than institutional investors to sell them if they fall in price, and are easier to market to? Might be an unsafe assumption … but I don’t think so. Part of the government’s ‘fiscal’ strategy?
