Japanese equities continue to push higher

The Nikkei 225 Index is up 2.4% at 11,327.8 in early trading activity. According to some market chatter, the weak yen is helping to generate some optimism in equities. The expectation of aggressive easing from the Bank of Japan when Governor Masaaki Shirakawa is official replaced is also help to boost equities.
