Bloomberg carries a story on the implications of safety issues over nuclear reactors
- a court ruling that could force two reactors to shut
Separately, Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority could ask plant operators to reassess earthquake risks although it hasn't decided whether it's necessary for operators to shut reactors.
This could be a negative for yen. While its only two reactors if its indicative of wider issues in the industry it may see Japan forced to buy more energy offshore.

- (compared with gas and coal at 36% and 32% respectively)
