Japan puts the brakes on planes with Pratt and Whitney 4000 engines flying in its territory

Japan has requested that airlines avoid flying Boeing 777 planes with Pratt and Whitney 4000 engines in and over its territory until further notice

This comes after an engine of the type burst into flames over the weekend.
