Japan's Nikkei report on bipartisan moves in the US
- to ban the sale of US chips or other components to Huawei Technologies, ZTE or other Chinese telecommunications companies that violate U.S. sanctions or export control laws
Seems pretty clear this is not a general trade war sort of move. Or not?
